It's diet time!

so i gotta do something before it's too late or hard to turn around, so right at this moment it starts my week salad diet with water. I can eat whatever on the weekend. It will be my diet on the week, and since starting late in the week, i'm going to have salad this weekend to make up for the week. let's see how it goes, wish me luck. and of course my daily dose of exercise! Hopefully I can stay healthy this way.
